Mr.
Yuval's Grandfather, Boris Ivankovski, was a high profile Engineer who headed a
construction company that employed hundreds of thousands of employees. As a
well respected Manager, he was granted his life by the Russians, becoming one
of the few lucky Jews who were saved from the Nazis by the Soviet regime and
smuggled to
Yuval's father, Michael Ivankovski, was a well known Engineer. In the late 70's he
had started writing anti-Soviet articles, which resulted in a KGB ultimatum:
"Leave the country in 14 days or join the other objectors of the Soviet
regime in the KGB politic jails."
In 1979 Yuval's family fled
to
In 1985 Yuval and 15 more
students were chosen out of thousands of high school students to study in the
prestigious Electronics department. He had completed with an average that
allowed him automatic acceptance for the prestigious Electronic Engineering
department in the
Between 1988 and 1992 Yuval
completed his Bachelor's degree in Engineering. During that time he was
supporting himself, working as a Salesman for the largest Cable TV Company, and
was elected the "Salesman of the Month" several times during that
time.
In 1992 Yuval was accepted
to the prestigious Intelligence Officer's course in the Israeli Defense Force
and completed it in 1993 with the rank of Lieutenant.
Between 1993 and 1996 Yuval
engaged in various missions which unfortunately cannot be depicted here. The
only thing that can be revealed is that these missions were of the most
demanding nature regarding Engineering and Management skills. Quite a few were
done under life-threatening circumstances.

In 1996 Yuval was promoted
to Captain and approved by his commanding officers to continue study toward his
Master's Degree at
In 1998 Yuval completed his
Master's Degree with a GPA of 90.2
(equal to 3.61 in US). His Master
Thesis included a key discovery of a technique that can be used in Fiber-Optic
communications for long-rage, high speed communication, and is published in the
prestigious Optical Society of America (OSA) Journal.
On completing his Masters
Degree and a major 3-year Research and Development project in the Israeli
Defense Force, Yuval started a civilian career.
In 1999, having acquired an
invaluable experience and education in Research, Engineering and Combat
Management, Sales and Military Command, Yuval founded the company which would
be known a few years later as "Business Diagnosis Institute".
After completing more

Since then Yuval had been
engaged in development and
implementation of Strategic Plans for Business Owners and Top Executives, and
consulting in Computer, Automation, Security, Health, Civil Engineering,
Insurance, Mechanical Engineering, Dental Care, Veterinary, Wood, Photography,
